Why did the Port Perks Rewards Program change?
You spoke, we listened! This change is fueled by our commitment to constantly improve your experience with us! Here’s why we’re making this change and what it means for you:
Enhanced Benefits: We’ve identified new ways to reward your loyalty with more exciting and valuable benefits. Our updated program will offer increased points for purchases, special discounts, and exclusive offers.

More Flexibility: We’ve listened to your feedback and are introducing more flexible options for redeeming rewards!
Greater Value: Our goal is to provide you with more value through our rewards program. The new system will allow you to earn rewards and redeem points quicker, ensuring you get the most out of every interaction with us.

How do I update my existing port perks account?
To continue earning and redeeming rewards, you will need to upgrade your account – but don’t worry, we’ve made it super simple! Just follow these 3 steps:
1. Start by downloading (or updating) the Port of Subs mobile app.
2. When you open the app, you’ll input the email address and/or card number for your existing Port Perks account. The system will locate and update your account. All points and rewards will transfer over to your new account!
3. That’s it! You’re all set with the new app and your updated account. You can place orders right through the app or you can scan your QR code in-store to start earning big!
What will happen to my sub bucks?
Don’t worry, you won’t lose your hard-earned rewards! They will just look a little different. All of your Sub Bucks will be transferred into special offers. To find them, open the mobile app, click the “Redeem” button, and navigate to the “Offers” tab. There you will see special Sub Bucks offers in increments of $5, $10, or $20 depending on how many you had originally! For example, if you had $15 Sub Bucks, you’ll see an offer for $10 off and another for $5 off.
If you had a Sub Buck balance that doesn’t fall right on a $5 increment, we rounded up! For example: if you had $3 Sub Bucks previously, you’ll be upgraded to $5. If you had $16 Sub Bucks previously, you’ll be upgraded to $20, and so on!
Please note that these offers are on-time-use and can’t be combined with any other offers. If you were banking your Sub Bucks to use at one time for something big, like a catering order, please reach out to our Customer Support Team so that we can assist in make sure you can still do that!

Convenience and Accessibility: By moving to an app-based system, we’re making it easier than ever for you to access and manage your rewards. With everything available on your smartphone, you can check your points, redeem rewards, and receive exclusive offers anytime, anywhere!
No More Card Management Hassles: You won’t have to worry about losing cards, managing multiple cards, or dealing with unregistered card errors at the register. The app streamlines everything, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Innovative & Streamlined Experience: Our app includes exciting features, such as location-based offers, personalized notifications, and the ability to share rewards with friends and family. These enhancements are designed to provide you with a richer and more engaging experience that integrates seamlessly with your shopping experience.
Real-Time Updates: Our app will provide instant updates on your rewards status. You’ll no longer need to wait for physical card data to be updated to your account; all your information and transactions will be up-to-date in real time!

Can I link multiple accounts to the app?
Currently, each app account is linked to a single Port Perks account. If you are an existing Port Perks member and have multiple cards that you need combined into your new account, please contact customer support and we’ll be happy to assist!

How do I earn points?
You earn points every time you make a purchase in-store or online at Port of Subs. The more you visit, the more points you accumulate. Points can then be redeemed for free food and exclusive offers directly through our mobile app!
Please note that you will not earn points when purchasing or reloading gift cards.
do points expire?
Points will expire if unused after 365 days from the date they were awarded. However, we will send you reminders well in advance before any of your points are due to expire, ensuring you have plenty of time to enjoy the deliciousness!
what kind of rewards can i expect?
Our rewards program is designed to offer you a variety of exciting benefits and exclusive opportunities. Here’s what you can look forward to:
Free Food: Earn points with every purchase to unlock a range of delicious rewards. From Free Chips to Free 2-foot Classic Subs, and just about everything in between—there’s something for everyone!

How do I redeem my rewards?
Redeeming rewards is easy – and delicious! Based on your earned point balance, you’ll have certain unlocked rewards that you can choose from. There are a few ways to redeem them:
Prior to checking out in a store, go to the rewards section in the mobile app, choose the reward you want to use, and scan the QR code at the register redeem it.
Open your mobile app, click the “Earn” button and scan your QR code at checkout. Then, let the cashier know which reward you wish to redeem off your order and they will take care of it!
Place an order online or through the app and redeem your reward at checkout. When placing your order online through the website, you must be signed into your Port Perks account to see and redeem your rewards!
Log into your account online at portofsubs.com/rewards, choose the reward you wish to redeem, then bring the redemption code with you during your next in-store visit.
what if I forgot to scan my app in-store?
Not a problem! One of the exciting things about our program update is that if you forget to scan your app at checkout or forget to sign into your account when making an online purchase, you can still get your points!
Whether you checked out in-store or you’re picking up an online order, your receipt will contain a barcode at the bottom. You can either scan the receipt barcode into your mobile app or input it online to earn your points. After completing, the points will appear in your account in seconds!
Will I earn points for online orders?
Certainly! You just need to make sure that you’re logged into your account at checkout to earn your points.
Forgot to log in prior to checking out? You can either scan your mobile app in-store when you pick up your order or you can get a copy of the receipt and scan the barcode in the app to earn your points!
What if I forget my password?
It happens! If you forget your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” feature in the app or on the website to reset it. You’ll receive an email with instructions for to create a new password.
What if I don’t want the mobile app?
We understand that not everyone has a smartphone, and that’s okay! You can still participate in earning points and redeeming rewards.
After checking out in-store or online, you can use the barcode from the bottom of your receipt to earn your points. Head to portofsubs.com/rewards and log into your account. Navigate to the “Checkin” tab on the left side menu and input the barcode number. The points for your purchase will be added automatically within seconds!
To redeem rewards from your online account, navigate to the “Redeem Rewards” tab on the left side menu, select the reward that you wish to redeem, then click the “Redeem” button at the bottom. You will be given a redemption code and a QR code that you can take in-store to earn your free item. Redemption codes are valid for 2 hours. If unused, the points will be returned to your account to use later!
Are there any costs associated with the new rewards program?
No way! The new rewards program is completely free to join and use! It’s our way of giving back to our most loyal and valued customers.
I’m not a member yet, how do i join?
To join, simply CLICK HERE to download our app from the App Store or Google Play store. Sign up using your email address or with your Apple, Google, or Facebook account. Then follow the on-screen steps to set up your account!
